Cheryl Brumley is a Kentucky native who is deeply passionate about the success of her home state’s low-income and first-generation college bound students. A first-generation student herself, she holds a Bachelors from Georgetown College, her Masters from NYU, and is currently pursuing her doctorate at EKU in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. Cheryl has quite a holistic and varied background with 5+ years of experience in post-secondary education and higher-ed access & advocacy. Her experience in success coaching, curriculum development, and project coordination assists her daily in her efforts to advocate for the future success of students and youth of Kentucky.
